Wacky Whistle

A Wacky Whistle is the world's most amazing whistle.  What is it?  A Wacky Whistle is a magical little whistle that goes in the roof of your mouth that changes your voice to a high octave and lets you make awesome sound effects.  It vibrates so fast that it can be quite ticklish.  It really is quite amazing and a lot of fun to use. This whistle is fast becoming the most popular accessory for kids (age 8 and above) and teens and is super fun sharing with friends and family.  Great for events and functions - raises the ambiance of any event.  A Wacky Whistle is made from felt, plastic and rubber. 

Using a Wacky Whistle is quite easy. You can simply put it inside your mouth and press it to the roof of your mouth.  When pressed against the palate, the Wacky Whistle starts vibrating fast leading to various sound effects.  Make sure to place the whistle white side of the whistle facing down and the straight side of the semi-circular is facing your teeth.  Once you have put the whistle in the way described above, start saying words like chip, shop, shirp, shhh, chick-a-chick.

Now, repeat the word ‘chick’ many times.  This helps position the whistle properly in your mouth.  Now that you have got the whistle properly positioned in the mouth, start making different sounds and enjoy.  You can make different sound effects with this whistle and even make bird sounds. 

• To make a higher pitch sound, let the back of the tongue touch the whistle while speaking
• To make a deeper sound, curl your tongue and use just the tongue’s tip while speaking
• To make crackly sounds, try touching the whistle with the back of the tip of the tongue
• To get extra vibration, speak out words by adding letters G, Z, and R to them
• To laugh in a funny way, laugh like you normally would and simultaneously say shh, shh
• While talking, add ‘shh’ to the words 
• To make a motorbike or car sound, try to make the voice of revving or breathe like that
• To make the sound of a lorikeet, quickly move your tongue back and forward
• To make a pigeon or frog sound, keep flicking your tongue and make a purr sound
• To make a crow sound, make a whooshing breath and say ‘shh’ and R together
• To make a kitten sound, make a breath of whisher but also say ‘shh’ at same time
• To make a dog sound, whine, bark, say ‘woof’ or breathe while saying wish with extra emphasis on ‘shh’
• To make a music beat, say the words ‘dshh’ and ‘bshh’ repeatedly
• To make a rap sound, make various sounds like basdie, bashbie, grrrgie, or giga, gigis, zhis, bss, bit

The Wacky Whistle is made of felt and plastic - to make the Wacky Whistle last as long as possible, the manufacturer recommends to thoroughly wash it after each use with ordinary tap water, let dry and then replace back in the zip-lock bag.  Make sure it is 100% dry.  

The normal pH range for saliva is 6.2 to 7.6.  Food and drink change the pH level of saliva - for example, bacteria in your mouth break down the carbohydrates you consume, releasing lactic acid, butyric acid, and aspartic acid.  Any of these acids in your saliva will eat away at the felt (and maybe the plastic) if not washed away.  

DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS to wash the Wacky Whistle in such as rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to kill the bacteria in the saliva.
